Michelle brings over a decade of construction experience and a BBA in Business, with a passion for protecting her clients’ loved ones and assets. She treats every project as her own and is proud to serve her community.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her French Bulldog, Zeus, and Colorado’s beautiful hot springs.

Josh Wilkey

With over 20 years of business and leadership experience, Josh brings a passion for roofing, people, and quality to every project. With a strong background in startups and team leadership, he drives Alta Roofing’s commitment to excellence and integrity. A proud husband and father of two, Josh values hard work and connection. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, sports, and supporting youth in the foster care system.

Adam Unger

With 15+ years in Colorado real estate and construction, I co-founded Alta Roofing to bring quality and reliability to every project. As a husband and father, I value protecting what matters most. Outside work, I enjoy snowmobiling, dirt biking, wake surfing, boating, and live music with family and friends.

Barry Goers

Barry is a serial entrepreneur with 20 years of experience owning and operating businesses, bringing financial expertise and operational leadership to Alta. A former professional hockey player and American Ninja Warrior competitor, he discovered a passion for construction while remodeling homes during off-seasons. A husband and father of two, Barry values grit, skill, and integrity, enjoys the outdoors, plays hockey, and volunteers with the Dawg Nation Hockey Foundation.
